10E Geography & Home Economics

Last week, Best from 10E introduced us to one of Nigeria’s staple dishes which was fried plantain, this was to enhance the classes experience of cultural diversity. Students have been learning about African countries in the ‘Development’ topic and everyday life is one of the key areas we study. Best was happy to share one of her favourite dishes and we all enjoyed sampling plantain. Well done!
